Abby Rhoads

Abby Rhoads

Studio manager, teacher

Abby is a Kripalu-trained Vinyasa Flow teacher who guides classes rooted in breath, presence, and inner inquiry. With over 20 years of practice and teaching, she weaves together influences from Kripalu, Sivananda, Shiva Rea, and Kundalini traditions, along with a rich background in classical and modern dance.

Her classes feel fluid and intentional—each movement an invitation to connect more deeply with the body and the breath. Abby creates space for students to turn inward, build strength with awareness, and move with purpose.

She also shares yoga and mindfulness with middle and high school students, helping young people cultivate presence, resilience, and openness.

With an RYT-200 certification from Yoga Alliance, she is near completion of her RYT-500.

Teacher

A lifelong student and teacher of yoga, Amy’s practice began with a deep love of Ashtanga and later expanded through formal training in the Iyengar system. Over the years, her teaching has evolved through a wide range of influences and a diverse movement background, including martial arts, Pilates, triathlons, and strength training. She supports students in developing a deeper connection between body and mind, with an emphasis on anatomical understanding and embodied awareness. Her teaching is precise, intuitive, and approachable, meeting students where they are.
Morgan Dashko

Morgan Dashko

Teacher

Morgan discovered yoga at 18, arriving to class with a busy, anxious mind and leaving with a few moments of quiet. What began as a weekly reset grew into a steady, grounding practice that brought a deeper sense of calm and ease into her life.

Since completing her 200-hour teacher training in 2013, Morgan has been guiding classes and evolving her practice. She completed a 30-hour Yin training in 2023 through Stone Wave Yoga Studio and developed a deep appreciation for the stillness this practice offers.

Her classes invite students to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect to create space for presence, ease, and feeling more at home in the body and mind.

Meridith Kruse

Meridith Kruse

Teacher, Bodywork Provider

In her early twenties, Meridith began practicing Iyengar yoga in her hometown of Urbana, Illinois, studying with Lois Steinberg, one of the most respected teachers in the lineage. This experience provided a rigorous foundation in alignment-based asanas, which she later expanded with an Ashtanga-inspired flow practice while living in Los Angeles.

In 2024, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sundara Yoga in Brunswick, Maine. Meridith loves teaching yoga as a way for students to connect deeply with their bodies and breath, quiet the mind, and renew their energy.

Niki Lazure

Niki Lazure

Teacher

Niki Lazure is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with over 25 years of personal practice, bringing depth, balance, and authenticity to every class. Since getting certified in Vinyasa yoga through the Maine School of Yoga in 2020, she has been guiding yoga students with a thoughtful, creative, and student-centered approach, often weaving in universal and nature-based themes.

Teaching throughout the Midcoast area, Niki is known for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where practitioners of all levels feel supported. Her classes emphasize mindful movement, accessibility, and meaningful connection, both within the body and through the shared community.

Linda Prichard

Linda Prichard

Teacher

Linda has long been guided by three core passions: spirituality, athletics, and nutrition. Her deep spiritual curiosity led her to study at a Quaker seminary, while her interest in physical performance took shape through 20 years as a triathlete and personal trainer. She later expanded her understanding of the mind-body connection by earning a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell.

Although yoga was always on her radar, it wasn’t until she discovered Kundalini yoga and meditation that everything clicked. In this practice, Linda found a powerful synthesis of her lifelong interests, blending spiritual depth, physical challenge, and evidence-based benefits for the nervous system and overall well-being.

With an abundance of passion, Linda is dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with others, supporting students in cultivating greater awareness, balance, and connection, both within themselves and in the world.

Tracey U

Tracey U

Teacher, Reiki Master

Tracey’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago, though it wasn’t until a pivotal moment in her mental and emotional well-being that she discovered the profound difference between simply “doing poses” and truly practicing yoga. Inspired by the supportive, intentional community she found, she felt called to share the deeper benefits of yoga and its philosophy.

She completed both her 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings at the Lotus Pond in Tampa, Florida, where she also taught and led workshops before moving to Belfast in 2024. Tracey holds certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and is an Usui Reiki Master, intuitive reader, and healer.

Her teaching is rooted in authenticity and creating a welcoming, sacred space where students feel supported to explore, release, and receive what they need.
