Align & Strengthen

A dynamic Vinyasa class, this practice is rooted in Iyengar alignment, focusing on precision, strength, and mindful movement. You’ll move with intention, building stability and awareness in each pose while refining your alignment. Open to all levels with variations offered, this is a strong, challenging practice that will leave you feeling both grounded and empowered.

Awaken Energy Flow

This hybrid class blends alignment-based asanas with moving Qigong meditation to help you tune into the subtle flow of energy within your body. Thoughtfully sequenced to clear blockages and restore balance, the practice supports a deeper sense of ease, awareness, and inner calm leaving you feeling both grounded and revitalized.

Gentle Yoga

A slower, softer approach to yoga, this class is rooted in the postures, breathwork, and meditation of Hatha yoga. With an emphasis on ease and accessibility, about two-thirds of the practice takes place on the ground, with the remaining portion in simple standing poses. Designed for beginners and anyone seeking a more relaxed, focused experience, Gentle Yoga offers a supportive environment with optional variations for those who want to add a little extra “spice.”

Heated Power

This strong, athletic style of yoga builds strength and endurance through continuous, challenging sequences. We warm the room to 85° and move through a Vinyasa flow that emphasizes full-body engagement, core stability, and functional strength. Expect a sweaty, empowering practice that boosts cardio, tones muscles, and leaves you feeling energized.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

A traditional Vinyasa flow, this class is practiced in a gently heated room (~85°). Breath leads the movement, guiding you through sequences that build strength, mobility, and balance while encouraging deeper opening and steady focus. The added warmth supports circulation and flexibility, creating a fluid, energizing experience that stays both grounding and accessible.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken energy, strengthen the nervous system, and support deep personal transformation. Rooted in traditions of devotion, meditation, and energetic practice, it offers both physical challenge and accessible modifications so anyone can participate, even from a chair. Often described as part workout, part meditation, and part inner reset, this practice leaves you feeling energized, connected, and more in tune with yourself both on and off the mat.

Outdoor Yoga at Belfast Marina

Join us by the water for an all-levels Vinyasa flow on the field next Belfast Marina! You’ll move your body with your breath in the fresh morning air for an energizing and beautiful way to start your day. This outdoor class takes place next to the water on the grassy field in front of the dock entrance to Belfast Marina (15 Front Street, Belfast).

We recommend you register for class online in advance or bring your mobile device to sign up on site. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. This seasonal experience on the waterfront is made possible thanks to our friends at Belfast Marina, so let’s take special care of their space! Local and transient boaters at the marina are invited to join us.

Pilates Fusion

Blend the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the fluid movement and breathwork of yoga in this hybrid class. You’ll move through controlled core-building exercises and strengthening flows that build stability, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. Expect a balanced, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and lengthened.

Restorative

A gentle, therapeutic practice, Restorative yoga is focused on deep relaxation and whole-body well-being. Designed to release stress and tension, this class uses supportive props and longer-held, ground-based poses to encourage comfort, openness, and ease. Unlike more active, Yang-based styles, Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system to invite stillness, quiet, and a sense of deep restoration.

Yoga Strength & Flow

This strength-focused flow blends yoga with the option to incorporate light weights. Expect a full-body workout that builds flexibility, lean muscle, and core stability—leaving you feeling strong and energized while staying grounded in breath and mindful movement.

Vinyasa

A beginner-friendly, gently flowing practice, Vinayasa connects breath with movement. Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this class offers clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive, inclusive space, while being encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever you need.

Yin

A slow, meditative practice that blends yogic philosophy with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Postures are held for longer periods (typically 2-6 minutes), primarily in seated or ground-based positions, allowing the body to gently open while the mind softens. Suitable for all levels, this practice supports the healthy flow of Qi, encourages release in the muscles and fascia, and cultivates a sense of ease and inner calm. Equal attention is given to the body and the mind, making it as much a mental practice as a physical one.

Private Classes

Private yoga instruction gives you a fully personalized experience that moves at your pace and meets your body where it is. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all class, you’ll get tailored sequencing, hands-on guidance, and modifications designed around your goals—whether that’s building strength, rehabbing an injury, deepening your practice, or simply feeling more confident on the mat. It’s focused, supportive, and often the fastest way to make meaningful progress while staying safe and aligned.

Choose to have a one-on-one class with one of our instructors, and create a specialized group class.

We offer private instruction at both our Belfast studio and our Mount Desert retreat locations. We can also bring our instructors to you for special events like bridal weekends, retreats, or special gatherings.
