Plan a Private Sauna Session
You’ve cultivated strength and flexibility through movement. Now deepen your recovery with a private sauna session.
A far infrared sauna delivers gentle, penetrating heat that warms muscles and joints more deeply than traditional saunas, helping to ease tension, improve circulation, and support faster recovery after movement or training. The soothing warmth can promote detoxification through sweat, encourage relaxation of the nervous system, and leave you feeling calm, loose, and recharged—without the heavy, hard-to-breathe heat of a conventional steam sauna.
Choose a solo reset or share your sauna session with a companion. (There is a max of two people in the sauna.) By appointment only, you’ll unwind in a private, on-site room at the studio. Personalize your experience with your own playlist, soothing lighting, and simple digital controls.
The infrared sauna experience is currently only available at our Belfast studio location. Have questions about the sauna experience? Read our FAQs.
Visit the Sauna Regularly

Support Physical and Mental Ease with Bodywork
Yoga unites body and mind through movement and breath. As you cultivate strength and mobility on the mat, bodywork offers a complementary path—restoring the body while creating space for mental clarity and deep relaxation.
Massage therapy and Eastern bodywork are powerful complements to a yoga practice, helping yogis recover faster, move more freely, and drop more deeply into relaxation. Regular bodywork eases muscle tension, releases stubborn knots and fascia, and improves circulation—so you feel less sore and more open between classes.
Massage can also support joint mobility, reduce stress, and calm the nervous system, making it easier to show up on the mat with presence, ease, and a body that’s ready to move well.

Sauna FAQs
What kind of sauna is this?
We have a Salus Element Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna. There is an optional red-light therapy feature as well. Connect your phone to Bluetooth audio and adjust the temperature with easy controls.
How hot does the sauna get?
The sauna will reach a high temperature of 150°F. You can control the temperature from inside the sauna.
What’s the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?
Infrared saunas warm your body directly rather than heating the air. This allows for deep, soothing heat at a more comfortable temperature—easier to breathe and gentler for longer, more relaxing sessions.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
Most people feel great with 20–30 minutes. Listen to your body and step out early if you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable.
How often can I use the sauna?
Two to four times per week works well for many people, and some enjoy short sessions more frequently. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Is it safe to use the sauna after yoga or a workout?
Yes! Using the sauna after movement can help relax tight muscles and support recovery. Make sure to hydrate well and allow your heart rate to come down before entering.
Who should avoid sauna use?
If you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, low blood pressure, or other medical conditions, check with your healthcare provider first. If you feel unwell, it’s best to skip the sauna that day.
What should I wear in the sauna?
Lightweight, breathable clothing or a towel is ideal. It’s a private session, so wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.
How much water should I drink?
Hydrate before and after your session. A good rule of thumb is to drink water as soon as you finish and continue sipping for the next hour.
Can I listen to music or bring my phone?
Yes! Our sauna has built-in speakers and simple digital controls, so you can customize your session with your own playlist and soft lighting. We recommend keeping phones out of direct heat.
(We’re not responsible for any damage to your personal belongings from using the sauna.)
Will the sauna help me lose weight?
Sauna use may support overall wellness and recovery, but it’s not a weight-loss tool. Any immediate weight change is temporary water loss, which returns with hydration.
Is the sauna cleaned between sessions?
Absolutely. The sauna is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each appointment for comfort and hygiene.
